AA 38 MIA LHR  Boeing 777-300 Economy Extra: A place in the Economy cabin with the same seat but more legroom.  The dinner was better that in Standard Economy as was the service, until the morning came:  NO BREAKFAST was offered!! and this is not a short flight.   November 2019  2.5/5
