Barbadillo Obispo Gascon Palo Cortado VORS aged 30 years Sherry Bottle No. 338 of 480: It had a pale brown colour that was quite transparent. The bouquet exuded raisin bread, dried fruit, and was very pleasant. On the palate raisins again, aquite a lot of honey, toffee, and orange marmalade; it is quite dry and has a very rich and nuanced textured finish of 40 seconds. In its character it is a bit like like a particularly rich and deep Amontillado. Lovely. 4/5
