2017 Barkan Classic Chardonnay from Israel, produced with cool fermentation unoaked: a weak bouquet, and on the palate clean, green, with balanced acidity and hints of apple; a bit thin in flavour with about  20 seconds of finish.  February 2019, drink - 2022.  3/5
