1987 P.X. 100% Pedro Ximénez Grape aged in American Oak for 29 years: a dark chocolate brown colour; a rich alcoholic nutty bouquet; on the palate chewy, concentrated prunes and woods, mainly oak, with a touch of acidity to temper the sweetness a bit, and a finish of 50 seconds.  Drink - 2035.  April 2019.  3.75/5
