MAREM

Florals citrus rose and red currant

The opening blast is distinctly floral and quite sweet, with Meyer lemons, lots of a fruity redcurrant and a dark-ish rose resulting in an interesting and quite unusual impression.

After about half an hour it becomes more herbal, with a slightly grassy-green aroma and a pleasantly sour undertone. This morphs into a woodsy impression - mainly sandal and touches of cedar on me, with sweet amber and whiffs of tonka present towards the finish.

I get moderate sillage, very good projection, and seven hours of longevity on my skin.

A pleasant redcurrant-cum-floral-centred scent for warm spring days and evenings, sweet but not unpleasantly so, and never cloying. It has some original moments, and some more usual ones.
