CENTRAL RESTAURANTE LIMA

The casual elegance of this somewhat eclectic-creative venue harbours a truly excitingly creative cuisine without pretense, but lots of flavour.  The service is quite exceptional, and the wine list, whilst not brilliant, is respectable.  Like in so many restaurants, the food could have been hotter at times, but these quibbles do not detract from the overall high standard of this establishment.  One of the great restaurants in South America.   2016.  4.5/5
