2020 Château des Vergers Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau by  Pardon & Fils, made from the Gamay grape: a medium light transparent ruby colur with a purple hue; with quite an intense fresh bouquet of cherries and herbs - a gorgeous nouveau Gamay nose.  On the palate cherries, herbs with fresh green and slightly ozonic touches, with a finish of 40 seconds.  A very good Beaujolais Nouveau to drink no(w!)uveau.   May 2021.  3.5/5
