2011 Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Aux Combottes by the Domaine Dujac Cotes de Nuit:

A medium ruby colour in the glass, with a nose of redcurrants raspberries, and blueberries.  On the palate blueberries, raspberries, with a note of flour; earthy, on the light side but gaining intensity infruit with oxygenation.  Then  mainly strawberry jam in the foreground.  Decant just before pouring, drink until 2031.  May 2021. 3.5/5
