DOMINIO DE PINGUS

2006 Dominio de Pingus ‘Pingus’:  A colour of the deepest ruby red, with a beautiful classic Tempranillo bouquet.  On the palate it expresses a toasty blueberry aroma with an earthy undertone, a hint of tonka, as well as an underlying gentle spiciness.  The finish lasts about 40 seconds.  It benefited for further aereation, and from decanting it two or three hours prior to pouring.  4/5
