The Grand Club is spacious, light-filled and friendly in its atmosphere. The staff excels in service and friendliness.

The food in the Grand Club Lounge was very good.

A good cooked breakfast is served, with outstanding omelets.

Some rooms have a lovely and spacious area.

The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet.

The bathrooms are well-appointed.

There is a good complimentary shoe shine service.

The kitchen area was very handy and quite large.

We enjoyed the Christmas decorations.

The staff over all super-helpful, friendly and efficient. The somewhat standard-modern U.S.-style business-hotel architecture is not very inspiring, but it has some original touches. The hotel does not have a proper restaurant.
