1997 Guffens-Heynen Pouille-Fuissé “La Roche”: A bouquet of old Chardonnay, with aromas a ageing Amontillado and a slightly nutty undercurrent. It has a finish of about 30 seconds. A very good and well developed wine. February 2019. Drink up. 3.5/5
