Hugo's Restaurant, for that last decade in the Hyatt Regency in Tsim Sha Tsui, is sombre, elegantly decorated using medieval themes, but the food is fresh, traditional, executed well and excellent.  A very good service is enhanced by an impressive wine list.  2010  4/5
