GRAND HYATT KUALA LUMPUR

The suite was spacious and well appointed, with ample of drawers and closet space, something often lacking in hotels these days.

The lounge room was very nice, albeit decorated in a standard upmarket business hotel style.

The bedroom was of generous proportions and the bed was very comfortable.

The view of the Petronas Towers was sensational.

The bathroom was very nice and very well-appointed.

The amenities were excellent, the shoeshine service very good. 

The Grand Club Lounge was sun-lit, spacious, and served a very nice breakfast.

The Christmas decoration was festive but not overbearing; very nice.

The hotels lacks a proper restaurant.

The service was excellent, responsive and efficient.
