On arrival there was not initial greeting, but one we prompted the staff for help with the luggage, the staff kicked in very efficiently.

The lobby is modern, bright and flooded with natural light.   The reception staff were very good.  The room was spacious, with good amenities and adequate room service.

The food, including the breakfast in the Regency Club Lounge was very nice.  The view of the Cathedral, the Rhine river and the city from the lounge, as well as from the guest room and the lobby, was spectacular.

 There is a good bar adjacent to the lobby.  

Overall this is a good, modern business hotel in a prime, historic and beautiful location at the Rhine.    3.75/5
