Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Beerenauslese Riesling: From an excellent year, this wine has a beautiful honey-golden colour, lovely bouquet, but richness of this concentrated grapes is thinned out a but, and the sweetness is dried out. There is, however, still a good hint of Botrytis present. A finish of nearly thirty seconds. A fading beauty. 3.25/5
