Julius Meinl Restaurant:  Located in the city centre above the Meinl food store in a beautiful space that emanates the feeling of warm elegance.

Traditional local dishes; with some modern influence not being excluded from the menu.  The Wolfsbarsch was excellent.   They have a good wine list.

The first shift of service was excellent. The second shift was rather rude and haughty, explaining to us that waiting nearly two hours - from ordering to delivery to our table - was normal for a Wiener Schnitzel.  Serving one's own water and Champagne was left to us - DIY service.  It was a shame for an otherwise very good experience.

Still, the bar was well-stocked.
