2008 Le Brun de Neuville Grand Vintage:  a medium deep lemon colour w green tinge, with a bouquet of lemon and yeasts.  On the palate a nice lemon, a good yeast aroma with a touch of minerals; layer on we got fresh young pears and bread, a bit like a brioche. With depth and a nuanced finish of 50 seconds.  An excellent Champagne.  Drink until 2030.
