This pasteurised cow's milk cheese from the Jura department.  It is quite herbal in taste, earthy and creamy with Camembert-like texture.   With more maturing it developed tastes of ham and bacon  - in other words: umami galore.  Not very dissimilar to Swiss Vacherin.  3.75/5
