Anise is indeed the core component. Quite bright, with a chemical undertone that is not particularly flattering. hits of white pepper too at
times.
It is quite linear and changes little over time, except that the anise becomes stronger and purer, and turns out to be a good rendering of an anise
eventually. Now is is really pleasant, more Ricard than Pernod on me.
I get moderate sillage, good projection, and three eight of longevity on my skin.
An anise that is a bit flat initially, but the develops nicely. On the other hand, it is designed as a room spray, and I repurposed it as an Eau de
Toilette. Therefore, to be fair, it is not rated here. Might be good for anise lovers.
