OREMUS TOKAJI

1975 Oremus Aszu 5 puttonyos Tokaj Hungary: the colour was dark gold with a mahogany accent.  It displayed a very pleasant bouquet of honey;  on the palate there was honey, white peaches, with touches of honeydew, melon and a smooth caramel also developing over time.  We got only little Botrytis though,  and overall it was a bit thinned out, with a finish of 30 seconds.  drink now - 2028.  3.75/5
