NV Pierre Péters Grand Cru Champagne:  A fresh bouquet of lemon; on the palate citrus, green herbs and a beautiful yeast aroma, with a finish of 25 seconds.   3.5/5

NV Pierre Péters Rosé for Albane Le Mesnil-sur-Oger: it displayed a gorgeous salmon-strawberry colour, with a lovely bouquet of strawberries. 

In the mouth an explosion of redcurrant, which was dominant, strawberries, herbal undertones with a distinctly mineral edge.   It is crisp with good texture, and a finish of 30 seconds. Fresh fruitiness, delicious.  May 2021.  4/5
