Quartirolo Lombardo Cheese from Lombardy: this cheese origintes in the 9th century and is related to the Stracchino family of
cheeses. The PDO designation demands that the cheese is produced in Lombardy between Bergamo and Lecco in the valleys between the Po river and the Alps.
