Quinta de Cabriz  SPARKLING WINES

2014 Cabriz Bruto Espumante Natural DOC Dão, blended probably of Bical and Malvasia Fina: A thin bouquet, with a taste that is prominently minerals and acidic, with a bit of fresh fruit shining through; the finish is short.  Not very balanced.  Drink now.  March 2019.  2.5/5
