1963 Quinta da Noval Nacional Vintage Port from old vines of the pre-phylloxera era:  a beautifully rich ruby colour, with a nose of a deep and rich raisin bread, prunes and licorice - lovely!  On the palate it starts with a blast of raisins, ripe black cherries, nougat chocolate, and woods, mainly cedar wood.  After this initial blast of glory, it is tailing tailing off a bit quickly in a finish of 50 seconds.   A splendid port still after nearly sixty years!!  Drink -2040.  August 2021. 4.25/5
