Rheinfall Cheese

Rheinfall Cheese (at the 11 O'Clock position in the photo above, pasteurised, matured 5-6 months; produced by the Sommers Dairy in Henggart in the Wine Country of the Canton Zurich in Switzerland):  A lovely rich and quite aromatic cheese with a pleasantly nutty flavour.  3.5/5
