Sazerac 6 yo Straight Rye Kentucky c. 51% Rye 39% Corn 10% ABV 45%: a medium amber colour; with a nose of ginger and black pepper.  On the palate, toffee, caramel, tonka, pepper, orange peel marmalade, and oak in the background, with a  sweet-spicy finish of 40 minutes.  Not deep but with adequate structure.  June 2021.  3.5/5
