We stayed a few times in the 1990s and early 2000s. The location is splendid with great views of the park. The rooms were good, but nothing
special, with the lobby being rather intimate, and the standard neutral decoration in the later 20th century business hotel style. The service was excellent though, especially the
Concierge. The dining facilities were good. Very handy for Harvey Nicks, Harrods, and the Casino on the Ground Floor. We have not stayed there since it was changed to be a part
of the Luxury Collection after Marriott bought Starwood Hotels, incl. the Sheraton Group. 4/5
