SMIRNOFF VODKAS

No. 21 Red Label:  Triple distilled, charcoal-filtered, and some is now (2020) reportedly made of non-GMO corn.   A short bright bouquet, and on the palate clean, quite crisp, at times harsh, and with slightly sweet taste a spicy peppery  undertone.   A bit rough, lacking nuances and refinement, but quite pure and clean in it aroma.  Tasted many times over the years, and I remember it a bit smoother in the past.  Good in some cocktails, but needs a very sturdy vermouth in a Martini to hold up against the No 21.   2.5/5
