The lounge is tucked away, but the signage is adequate.
Naturally, the TAP Lounge in used by Star Alliance members too.
The lounge is quite spacious and well lit.
Some tables had a view of the airfield.
Seating away from the windows was available. There was a shortage of mains plugs and no business or computer are was provided. The food was a
buffet service with all the hygienic issues associated with buffets, but the food selection was just adequate
The drinks selection was good overall, with a couple of special highlights:
(1) For a Business Class Lounge, the wine selection was excellent. Not only a large array of open bottles, there was a large Cru-au-verre with four white and
four red wines. All the wines were of reasonable quality for such a lounge.
(2) The selection of Gins was very good.
The bar was staffed with courteous and helpful staff.
The bathroom facilities were not very good though.
Overall a good lounge, and a refuge for wine lovers. 3.75/5
