Made from the Glera grape. It has patchy bubbles, displays nobouquet of note, but comes with a fresh taste with a touch of herbs. It is quite acidic and thin with a very short finish. November 2018

NV Adriano Adamo Bosca di Gica Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene from Veneto, mode from the Glera=Prosecco grape: The colour is a pale yellow, with a brief but pleasant bouquet, of apples and white peaches. It has quite good beads. On the palate it came with a taste of fresh fruits, mainly peach, pears and green apples, and some moments of a nice yeast. It is not really dry, but in spite of quite some touches of sweetness, this is not really a sweet wine either, but more on the dry side. The finish lasted about 40 seconds.
