2010 Merlaia Vin Santo del Chianti, using the grapes Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Bianca del Chianti: Lovely bouquet, honeyed caramel with hits of hazelnut, apricot and passionfruit. A good finish of 20 seconds.
