1947 Chateau Cheval-Blanc                 1988  1/2   N   D     +30y    5/5  Perfection, nearly port-like, rich, luscious, 90s finish and balanced perfectly.  Atypical for this Chateau, but possibly the best wine I ever tasted and hence the benchmark for perfection.  PERFECTION!!
